How to prepare a cup of Roasted Barley tea
- Bring 500ml (2 cups) of water to boil.
- Add 15 g (2 tbsp) of roasted barley.
- Boil for 5-10 minutes, depending on how strong you like it.
- Strain in a cup and enjoy hot, or let it cool for iced tea.
Optional: Add honey, lemon, or your favourite sweetner to taste
